Unlock By Finishing Chasm Spelunkers

The Heavenly Stone's Debris becomes available once you've completed the Chasm Spelunkers and gaining accesses to the new camp.

2. Look For The Two Keys - Tips

Destroy the jar on top of the water barrel and the key will show up	Dig near the rocks and activate the explosion to reveal the key

Activate The Right Frequencies Per Lamp Post - Tips

Puzzle Solution

You will need to activate the right Frequencies for each Lamp Post. The highest and closest one from the obervation point should have low frequency, middle lamp post should have low frequency, and the furthest and lowest lamp post should have high frequency.

11. Shoot The Rocks To Create A Path - Tips

Bring The Cannon To Lowest Point

To be able to hit the rocks, you will need to bring down the cannon close to the ground. It shoots at an arc so you really need to bring it down to hit the rocks.

13. Activate The 3 Mechanisms - Tips

Requires At Least Level 2 Enhancement

In order to be able to cleanse Oozing Consecrations, you will need to have a Lumenstone that is upgraded to at least Level 2. This means that you'll need to find and use at least 16 Lumenstones to use for this.

Activate Lumenstone When Near Oozing Consecrations

Once your Lumenstone has been upgrade, you can then use them to cleans the Oozing Consecractions to be able to activate the devices. Use your Lumenstone near the big lump of purple goo to be able to cleanse them.
