Attack The Goldflames When It Is Transformed
When the Goldflame Qucusaur transforms, it will stay high in the air and will only go down to claim Goldflames it leaves behind. Hit the Goldflames with a Hydro attack to destroy them and it will stay low enough for you to able to hit it.
Stun It By Removing Its Pyro Infusion
When the Goldflame Qucusaur is transformed, it will enter into a Pyro infusion. Remove this infusion and it will return back to its normal state as it's stunned out of the air, opening it to your attacks!
A Hydro Character Is Highly Recommended
This boss has a mechanic that requires a Hydro attack to counter. Having at least one Hydro character on your team is recommended, but having a Hydro bow character will make it easier!

Body Spin
The Goldflame Qucusaur will spin its body around, dealing Pyro damage around it. Moving backwards will let you avoid it.
Spin Dash
The Goldflame Qucusaur will spin upon itself and dash forward at your direction. Avoid this by moving to the side!
Pyro Projectiles (When Transformed)
While high in the air, the Goldflame Qucusaur will unleash a volley of Pyro Projectiles that will track you. Dash right before they hit you to evade them!
