Respawn Time Is Within 3 minutes
After defeating Oceanid, you will find the boss respawns within 3 mins. Make sure to leave the area and wait. If you don't see the boss after 10 minutes, re-login and warp to the boss area.
How To Defeat Oceanid
Rhodeia - Moves & Counters
Dash Attack
Rhodeia will swim away and towards you dealing a strong Hydro DMG. Sprint on the last second to dodge. This attack can be done by the boss up to 3 consecutive times so make sure to always have left over stamina.
Huge Hydro Bubble
Rhodeia will summon a huge bubble that will follow you around and explode. The bubble moves slowly so you do not need to use sprint and just walk away from the bubble. Stay close to the boss for it will be open for damage.
Water Ball
The boss will launch two Hydro balls. It can be easily dodge by moving to your right or left side.
Hydro Blast
The boss will fire constant strong blast of water towards you dealing continues strong hydro damage. Dodge this by sprinting towards the boss or using an Elemental Burst with long animation like Keqing's.
Ultimate Move
The Boss will summon gigantic hydro orb and slam it on the ground creating a huge wave covering the whole field dealing deadly hydro DMG.
Use Fitfull Rapids To Elevate Yourself
You can use Fitful Rapids to elevate yourself and avoid damage. If you cannot make it to the elevator, you can opt to use shields to lessen the damage.
The Boss Can Summon Oceanid Creatures
The boss can and will summon oceanid creatures during the battle. Defeat them first and concentrate on the boss for an easier battle.
Recommended Characters With Bonuses
Characters above would receive +30% Hydro Res and +30% Energy Recharge. It is highly recommended to use characters from this team for faster clearing of the boss.
Create A Team Against Hydro Enemy
Rhodeia is the Oceanid itself. You will fight the monster itself not just the summoned creatures. The boss is constantly inflicted with Hydro so make sure to use that fact to your advantage.
