A Being Similar To The Oceanid
An Elemental Being of pure Electo, the Thunder Manifestation has quite a few similarities with the Oceanid. However, unlike the Oceanid, it does not speak and attacks head on instead of using Mimics.

Complete the Seirai Stormchasers Quest Line

The Thunder Manifestation can only be fought and farmed once you've completed the Seirai Stormchaser World Quest. It's through the quest where the location of the Thunder Manifestation will be revealed.

Once you've fought the Thunder Manifestation as part of the Seirai Stormchasers quest, its icon will appear on the map. You can find it at the very center of Amakumo Peak in Seirai Island.

Materials / Items List & How To Get 2.1Requires Resin To Collect Reward

Like any other world boss, Players will have to use Resin in order to collect rewards from beating the Thunder Manifestation. You can clear this boss as many times as you want in a day, but each reward collection will require 40 Resin.

So far, the only character that use materials from the Thunder Manifestation is Raiden Shogun and Kujou Sara. There's a possibility that future characters will also use up materials from it for ascension.

Overload does tons of damage and with the Thunder Manifestation being Electro, all Pyro attacks will cause it. Long-range Pyro characters such as Yoimiya and Yanfei are especially great.

This free team comp is composed of characters that players could get for free. Xiangling will act as the Main DPS, while Kaeya and Amber will be sub-dps with their Bursts.

Shoots Electro Currents To The Ground

Throwing electro currents to the ground that will give players an electro dmg. Players must be mindful of their steps!
Conducts Thunder Lightning

A Thunder Lightnig will be conducted and it will lock a target to the players, better equip a shield character on this!
Don't Get Electro-Sandwiched!

Save your stamina and sprint away as it will summon a huge wall of electro current that will smash you in between.
Watch Out Out For The Spin!

This electro oceanid will be eventually aggressive and will spin its way towards the players.
