Knave Boss Fight - Tips & How To Beat

Always Prioritize Removing The Bond Of Life

Always Prioritize Removing The Bond Of Life

The Knave will often apply Bond of Life with her attacks. If you already have a Bond of Life and you get hit by another of her attack with Bond of Life, the DMG dealt will be increased making it very dangerous to keep around!

How To Remove Bond Of Life
- Heal the required amount to clear the Bond of Life
- Having a character that can heal in bursts is recommended. It's better if this is through their Skill than their Bursts

Use Charged Attack Right After Clearing Bond Of Life

Use Charged Attack Right After Clearing Bond Of Life

Upon clearing your Bond of Life, your next Charged Attack by that character whose Bond of Life is cleared will have Scarlet Nighttide. If The Knave is hit by this, it can interrupt her attacks.

Phase Guides

Phase 1
The Knave Phase 1
- During the First Phase, The Knave is not as aggressive. She's more focused in countering, than attacking.
- She also does not apply Bond of Life during this Phase
Phase 2
The Knave Phase 2
- You'll know you're at Phase 2 when The Knave teleports to the center of the ring and a scarlet wing appears on her.
The Knave Phase 2
- She will also start dealing attacks that apply Bond Of Life
- You'll know the next attack will have Bond of Life if her health bar glows
Phase 3
The Knave Phase 3
- The final phase is reached upon The Knave's cutscene plays. She will be up in the air with Spider-like wings
The Knave Phase 3
- Interrupting The Knave with a Scarlet Nighttide will stun her for a few seconds, giving you the chance to attack
The Knave Phase 3
- The laser attack can be dodged by dodging to the side. Try to push forward to reach The Knave and interrupt her
The Knave Phase 3
- During her ultimate attack, save your dodges and keep to the middle of the field. The attack you really have to watch up for is her dive. Being able to survive this attack without being hit by anything will net you the achievement "After The Feast"
