Pass through the hallway with floating books and proceed to the next room
Upon entering the room, you need to do the ff: 
Upon entering the shelf, go upstairs.
Upon entering there will be enemies present in the room. Defeat them to get a precious chest.
Go to the room on the right side where the Midlander Claymore Billet is located.
Open the world map, and go to any Alchemy crafting table.
Choose the material you want to craft and convert it, but make sure you have enough of the required materials to convert it.
