You can unlock "The Forest and The Princess" Quest by heading to the area marked above. At the area, you will see a short cutscene of a Flying Squirrel heading inside a tree. Head to that tree and follow the path and you will unlock a cutscene that will unlock the quest.

Princess Cimest Trials

In Princess Cimest's trials, you must summon Princess Cimest and then use her to complete the puzzle. Use Princess Cimest and aim for the Garlands, once you clear the Garlands, she will fly back to you like a boomerang, but make sure that you are positioned to where the Garlands are as well.

Garland Puzzle 1 Solution

The first Garland Puzzle is quite straightforward and easy to follow. As for the 2nd part you can check out the table below for the solutions.

1	Aim Princess Cimest to the flower indicated in the image above so it will activate and produce a wind current.
2	Once the wind current is activated, aim for the 3 Garlands
3	After clearing the first 3 Garlands, Princess Cimest will be blown by the wind current and it will align to the next garlands.
4	Lastly go to the next garlands' location and then align Princess Cimset to the garlands and then let her pass through it to complete the challenge.

Garland Puzzle 2 Solution

The first part of the challenge is straightforward as well and easy to follow. For the 2nd part, the garlands in this part are moving, so make sure to wait for the right timing to clear them all at once. You can check the table below for the solution.

For the last garland puzzle, you can check the table below on how to solve the puzzle. After clearing this stage, enemies will appear.

1	Activate the flower to create a wind current
2	Clear the first set of Garlands
3	Follow Princess Cimest to the next set of garlands and then clear them as well
