Scylla is trapped by 3 chains that are wrapped around the 3 stone pillars. In order to unseal Scylla, you need to break the 3 chains first. These 3 chains can are located on the right, middle and left side. Please see the image above for reference.
Break The Chain Using Symphony & Soundwaves
Use your symphony to break the chain in the stone pillars. All you need to do is hold or long-press your symphony so it will produce a soundwave making the chains break.
Breaking Scylla's Chains

To break the left chain, all you need to do is defeat the enemies that are guarding the stone pillar. Once you have defeated the enemies, go to the pillar and long press/hold the symphony to unleash a soundwave to remove the chain.
Middle Chain Solution

In the middle chain, you need to defeat the enemies once again to access the stone pillar. Once the enemies are defeated, proceed to the pillar and use your symphony to release a soundwave that will fully break the chain.
Right Chain Puzzle Solution

For the right chain you need first to resonate the tune to the resonant anemone (glowing flower). You need to wait for the washer octopus to move to where the flowers are. Then use your symphony (tap/press) to halt the octopus' movement so that the flower will resonate with the octopus' tunes.
