Liffey Region - How To Unlock

Explorable Upon Gaining Access To Fontaine

The Liffey Region is a new location in Fontaine. Since it's in an open area, players can simply go there once they gain access to Fontaine, which happens in the Archon Quest Chapter 4: Act 1 - Prelude Of Blancheur And Noirceur.

Waypoints & Statue Of The Seven

There are multiple waypoints found in the Liffey Region, both above ground, underground, and even underwater. Make sure to open up the Statue of the Seven first in order to view their locations in the World Map.

Hydroculus Locations

There are a number of Hydroculus that can be found around the Liffey Region. Collect and use them to level up the Statue of the Seven in Fontaine.

There are some Fontainian Local Specialties that can only be found in the Liffey Region. These items can be used to ascend Characters!

Multiple Local Legends were added in Fontaine in the 4.1 Update. This includes Yseut and Luachra the Brilliant, which can both found to the north of the Liffey Region.

Complete The Mysterious Ore Hidden Quest

Not all of the Mysterious Ores can be found in Liffey Region, but there are some that are. Collect them to be able to open the secret location found somewhere else in Fontaine.

Unlock Luxurious Chests

There are Luxurious Chests you can open in the Liffey Region. These includes those hidden behind puzzles, quests, or other circumstances.

Complete Achievements

You can also unlock a number of Achievements that can only be done around the Liffey Region. Some of these include those you can unlock from the World Boss, Local Legends, and quests.
