Ayaka is a Cryo DPS character that mainly deals damage through Elemental Burst and Charged Attacks. You need to form a team around Ayaka to maximize her damage potential. She works especially well at Freeze teams since it allows the enemies to stay still and getting all the damage from her Elemental Burst.

2	Switch to Shenhe and use Elemental Skill (Press)
3	Switch to Jean and use Elemental Skill to swirl Cryo.
4	Switch to Ayaka and use Elemental Skill and Burst.
5	Switch to Jean and use Elemental Burst.
6	Switch to Shenhe and use Elemental Skill (Hold)
7	Switch to Ayaka and use special dash and deal normal attacks with Normal and Charged attacks.
8	Once the effect of buff is done, repeat from number 1.

The goal is to keep the buffs up before using Ayaka's Normal Attacks, Elemental Skill and Burst.

For sustaining the Burning status, it is highly suggested to have both Dendro & Pyro on the team so Ayaka can consistently trigger Melt reaction without removing the Pyro effect after an attack. Since Cryo & Dendro do not react with each other, a Melt reaction is guaranteed to occur.

More Elemental Reactions

When Dendro is retained and Hydro is included, the team can trigger Freeze, Melt, Vaporize, Bloom, & Burgeon reactions which are all great.

From time to time, you can switch to Kazuha if you need crowd control. If he triggers Cryo-Swirl, the resistance shred debuff is refreshed. Also, you can switch to Diona if you need a shield or heal. Since this team produces a lot of Cryo particles, Diona's Burst can be used more often.

Diona	Sayu Qiqi Jean	- You can replace Diona with a Cryo or Anemo healer. It is recommended for healers to use Noblesse Oblige x4 even for Anemo since Kazuha already uses Viridescent Venerer x4 and the effect of it does not stack.

To retain the mono-Cryo status, it is logical to only include Cryo, Anemo, and Geo.

Can Use Shielder Instead Of Healer

If you want to have a shielder, you can opt to use Zhongli instead of a healer since he can mitigate 100% damage with his durable shield although this is not effective if you are going to encounter an enemy with a debuff that ignores the shield like corrosion.
