How To Destroy Barnacle?
For locations 3 & 4, you need to absorb the Xenochromatic Armored Crab's ability first then hold the skill until the barnacle's projectile hits you then release.

For location 6, you need to absorb the Xenochromatic Stingray's ability first then hold the skill and aim for the glowing parts of the weed.
How To Attack Underwater?
Absorb the ability of Xenochromatic Creatures in the area. If the location is behind an invisible barrier, you can use the ability of Xenochromatic Seal.
Rewards From All Otter
Common Chest
You are guaranteed to get a common chest per location.
Precious Chest
Once you have claimed all common chests from the otter in all locations, you can claim a precious chest that contains resources including Hydro sigil.
