Hidden Message Carved Behind The Symbols On The Walls
Cipher Letters are letters or messages that are deciphered from carved wall symbols. There are a total of 6 Cipher letters that can be found around Liffey and Fontain Research Institute of Kinetic Energy Engineering regions.
How To Read Cipher Letters
Cipher Letters can be read using the Energy Transfer Terminal's POV. Once you interact with the machine, choose a POV terminal where you can read or have a good sight of the Cipher/Symbol, then interact with it.
The Cipher Letter I is located in the south area of Central Laboratory Ruins. You can use the Energy Transfer Terminal on the second (2nd) floor of the building to scan the Cipher Letter I in the first floor.

Locate & Read Cipher Letter 2
Cipher Letter 2 is located at the north side (the above building with waypoint) of the Experimental Field Generator. Just easily go to the teleport waypoint, then from the waypoint, go down until you see the Energy Transfer Terminal.

Locate & Read The Cipher Letter III
The Cipher Letter III can be accessed through the Energy Transfer Terminal that is located on the second floor of where the Experimental Field Generator is located. Once you activate the machine the Chiper Letter symbol will be the first thing that you will see in the POV terminal.

Locate & Read The Cipher Letter IV
The Cipher Letter IV is located in the north part of the Central Laboratory Ruins. The Energy Transfer Terminal is located inside a room in the underground area of the building. Activate it then in the first POV, transfer to the second POV to see the Cipher symbol.

Cipher Letter V can be read through the Energy Transfer Terminal located on the second floor of the Executive Office, northwest side of the Experimental Field Generator's location.

Locate & Read The Cipher Letter VI
The Cipher Letter VI is located under the Statue of Seven, in the Liffey Region. Just teleport to the Statue of Seven, then go down to the stairs, then on the 1st floor going down, go to the left side. From there, you will see the Energy Transfer Terminal and the Cipher symbol. Activate the machine to read the Cipher Letter VI.

Upon reading all Cipher Letters I to V accordingly, even though it has a 6th Cipher Letter, you will still be able to unlock an achievement called The Calendar of the Future Is Longer Than the Diary of the Past.
