Answer Permingeat's Questions Correctly
In order to unlock the second hidden waypoint, you need to talk to Permingeat and answer all her questions correctly. After giving the correct answers, you will be able to use the water canon which will be used to destroy a hidden cave passage where the hidden waypoint 2 is located.
