You will find a gigantic ship ruins at the east of Foggy Forest Path. This is called "The Rusty Rudder" and they will sell ingredients. A maid NPC called Permingeat is at the tip of the boat close to a cannon. Talk to Permingeat to use the cannon. You are only allowed to do so after answering 3 questions correctly.

How To Unlock Hidden Waypoint?

Shoot The Wall In Front Of The Cannon

After answering the Rusty Rudder Questions correctly, you will be permitted to use the cannon. Hit the wall in front of the cannon to unlock a hidden cave, a treasure chest and a waypoint.
