Cyno Works Best as a DPS in Reaction Teams

As an Elemental Mastery scaling DPS, Cyno works best in teams that heavily scale on it like Lunar-Charged and Hyperbloom. While he can be used for Aggravate, the addition of Lunar reactions makes Cyno work better in those teams.
Stellar-Conduct Isn't Recommended for Cyno Yet
While Cyno has buffs for Stellar-Conduct, the only character who can enable it is Sandrone and she is a DPS character who isn't great when used off-field. Qiqi and Yae Miko can help buff Cyno but it's recommended to wait for another Stellar-Conduct enabler to release for Cyno's Stellar-Conduct team.
