The NPCs in 'Scarlet Forest' you can trade items with are Musharpeye and Gawdygog in 'Wudwud Hideout. Gawdygog is sitting on the right as soon as you enter the hideout from the Fast Travel point, and Musharpeye is sitting around a fire if you go a little further to the left of the hideout.
