How to Change Costumes
Can be Changed at Camp
In Monster Hunter Wilds, you can change Alma's costume inside the camp. Select Change Alma's Outfit from Adjust Appearance on the far right side of the menu.
Side Mission to Unlock Glasses
If you clear the side mission The Apple of Her Eye, you will be able to change Alma's glasses.

Glasses are mandatory for Alma's outfit changes. You must select at least one pair before proceeding.
