Appears During Downpours in Scarlet Forest

Uth Duna Downpour

Uth Duna appears in the Scarlet Forest during Downpours. In Wilds, dynamic weather plays a part in the gameplay, affecting which monsters appear on the field.

Destroying Its Veil Can Reduce Water Flow

Destroying Its Veil Can Reduce Water Flow

Uth Duna's veil can be broken. Attacking it will produce a blue damage indicator, and fully destroying it seems to suppress Uth Duna's control of water. The veil is hard to damage compared to its main body, but aiming for it is advantageous when hunting it!

Lead Uth Duna to Locations with No Water

Uth Duna does not produce water by itself so it's possible to prevent it from utilizing water by fighting in areas where there is none. If you can lure them to open land or other place, it will work greatly in your favor.
