Face after 2 consecutive jumps
When Nu Udra lifts its body and jumps at you twice, Focus Strike the face between its front tentacles. You can aim at it from the side with a Ranged Weapon, but to aim at it with a Melee Weapon, it's better to use something that can Guard attacks since the timing will be difficult.

After Stomp Explosion
The motion is similar, but another weak point is exposed after the stomp attack which also makes it fly up slightly. The explosion range is small, so aim for it aggressively.

If even one side is closed, it will not be exposed
Please note that if even one chain is unstrengthened (the chain is closed) due to accumulated damage, the weak point will not be exposed.
Damage Accumulation to Chainwing Blade

Rathalos' Weak Point
After Straight Sweep Breath
Rathalos shows the weak point in its mouth after the breath attack, which it does while flying. It's quite hard to tell because the flame is red, but it's exposed when it taunts you after landing.
Mouth after Side step Breath Attack

Tip of the Tail that Spouts Steam after Tail Attack
Thirdly, after the tail attack, there is a timing when it ejects steam from the tip of its tail, exposing a weak point. It is difficult to aim for the tip of the tail, but if you are in multiplayer, it will give you a chance to create an opening.
Blangoga's Weak Point
Attack from Back During Breath Attack
Blangonga shows the weak point on its back during the Ice Breath Attack. The attack itself is very slow, so get around to the side during the preliminary movement to take down the enemy.

What Are Weak Points?
Focus Strike Targets

▲Arkveld's weak point is easy to spot
Attacking a weak point in Monster Hunter Wilds is to perform a Focus Strike directly on the weak point exposed by the monster's specific action. All monsters except Xu Wu have specific weak points, and remembering them will give you an advantage when hunting.
Results Shown in Multiplayer

On the multiplayer results screen, the record of successful attacks on Weak Points are shown.
Similar to Wounds Destruction
Attacking a weak point is considered different from destroying wounds, but you can get the same benefits, such as increasing the Spirit Gauge of the Long Sword. Even if it doesn't cause the monster to get knocked down, it is worth going for depending on the weapon type.
