Each version of Monster Hunter Wilds have different prices and inclusions. The Deluxe and Premium Deluxe Editions have a higher price, but includes exclusive in-game items, such as layered armor!

Standard Edition - No Cosmetics
Neither the Deluxe nor the Premium Deluxe editions offer anything that will give you in-game benefits because their inclusions are all cosmetics. If you have no particular preference to these, then the Standard Edition will do..
Premium Edition for All Pre-Order Bonuses and Cosmetics
The Deluxe Edition's inclusions will be available for purchase as DLC at a later date. On the other hand, the Premium Deluxe Edition will not become available for purchase later on, so if you are a collector, it's the better option.
