The Recommended armor skills for Hammer in Monster Hunter Wilds include "Weakness Exploit", "Fulgur Anjanath's Will", and "Shock Absorber". Even if the Stamina added by "Fulgur Anjanath's Will" decreases, "Maximum Might" will not deactivate, so when used in combination with "Maximum Might", "Marathon Runner", and "Constitution", it becomes a very powerful skill.
