The best general-purpose Hammer build revolves around the Binder Mace, which has almost no difference in performance compared to Artian weapons. Stamina added with "Fulgur Anjanath's Will (Second Wind I)" does not remove the effect of Maximum Might, so you can maintain high Affinity by using "Marathon Runner" and "Constitution" together, which should produce a total of 95% Affinity with all skills active.

Our recommended starting Hammer is the Jailhammer. While its attack is a little low, the Jailhammer's potential to paralyze enemies reliably creates openings even against monsters you are not yet familiar with. Additionally, we also recommend upgrading this Hammer as you progress through the story for the same reasons.

Once you hit Chapter 3, we recommend crafting the G. Ebony Set which grants Burst Boost II. This effect modifies the Burst skill, triggering the attack boosts after just 1 hit, allowing even the Hammer to benefit from having this skill.
