How to Unlock Oillwell Basin
Defeat Uth Duna in Chapter 1-5
In Monster Hunter Wilds, the unlock condition for the Oilwell Basin is to defeat Uth Duna in Chapter 1-5. Once Uth Duna is defeated, the story progresses to Chapter 2-1, during which you'll visit the Oilwell Basin.
