How to Progress Material Retrieval

Automatically Increases at Midnight

Night → Automatically increases at midnight

The quantity of Material Retrieval items will automatically increase when the in-game time changes from night to midnight. They increase by 2 slots every day, up to a maximum of 16 slots.

Progress Material Retrieval by Resting

Time advances when you take a break, so you can increase the amount of materials without having to wait for the time to pass. However, you can only increase 2 slots per break, and 500 guild points are required for each break. This is an effective method if you want the material right away, but it is recommended to wait for it to increase automatically over time.

How to Farm Guild Points

What to Do When it Does Not Progress

Change the Environment

Change the Environment

You cannot specify the items for Murtabak and Sabar to collect during Inclemency. You will be able to specify it when the environment changes over time or when you take a rest at camp.

Check & Change Weather Environment

Advance the Story

Advance the Story

As you progress through the story, there will be times when the weather is forcibly fixed. If this happens, the NPC will not appear, and you will not be able to specify the items. We recommend that you advance the story to the point where you can change the environment.

What is Material Retrieval?

Automatically Collect Items

Automatically Collect Items Over Time

Material Retrieval is a function that automatically collects specified items and Crafting Materials. It is similar to the farms in the past series. It will increase by 2 slots per day (up to 16 slots) according to the in-game time, so be sure to claim it before it's full.

Item Quantity Changes with Environment

Obtaining Items Increases or Decreases Depending on the Environment

The amount of items collected by NPCs increases or decreases depending on the current environment. There is no need to change the environment just for Material Retrieval, but keep note of this when doing runs in a specific environment.

Check & Change Weather Environment

Small Chance to Get Special Items

Small Chance to Get Special Items

Material Retrieval may give you Special Items related to the map where the NPC is located, in addition to the specified items. Special items can be used for Item Trade, so don't sell them.

Increase Item Quantity

Harvest Quest Increases Exchange Count

Accepting quests where NPCs ask you for help to hunt specific monsters in the Environment Overview increases the number of items obtained through Material Retrieval. Since it can be turned into a Field Survey and also counts when completing other players' Quests, it's recommended for those looking to farm materials efficiently.
