Features to Unlock

The unlocked elements after clearing Monster Hunter Wilds include the HR Cap being raised, Palico level unlocked up to 30, and additional feature for the Melding Pot.

HR Cap Raised to 999

HR cap unlock 999

After clearing Chapter 6-1 "What Lies Ahead" in Monster Hunter Wilds, the HR limit will be raised to 999. There is a possibility we will be seeing quests that require a certain Hunter Rank in future updates so you may want to keep raising your HR.

How to Raise Hunter Rank (HR Level)

Unlock High Rank Zoh Shia Hunt

Zoh Shia

After defeating the High Rank Arkveld in Chapter 6-1, Hunters will be able to access a new story mission that allows them to re-challenge a High Rank Zoh Shia once they hit HR50+. After clearing this quest, Zoh Shia will have a low chance to spawn in the Ruins of Wyveria where Hunters can save it as an investigation.

Palico Level 30 is Unlocked

Palico level 30

After clearing the story, the limit for the Palico level will be raised to 30. So don't forget to train Palico as well for hunting even stronger monsters.

After completing all of the available story missions, the level cap of armor pieces will be increased to their current maximum level. The maximum level of an armor piece varies depending on the rarity of the armor, with higher rarity armors having a lower max level.

Features of melding pot

After clearing the story, the features of the Melding Pot will be expanded. You won't be able to meld the highest tier Decorations but it will be useful when there is a specific skill you want to get.

At HR100, a Melding Option Is Added

When your Hunter Rank reaches 100, you will be able to craft 'Ancient Weapon Fragment' and 2-slot single-skill Decorations through Melding. In particular, Ancient Weapon Fragment allows you to create specific parts, making it easier to refine Artian equipment.

After clearing Monster Hunter Wilds, you can "Aim for HR 999", "Create your Strongest Equipment", and "Collect Artian parts to Enhance your Equipment". Also don't forget about collectible elements such as medals, Endemic life, and gold crowns much like from the previous Monster Hunter series.

Farming for the strongest Decorations is one of the elements for enjoying Monster Hunter Wilds. Use the Melding Pot to meld Decorations until you get a powerful one, or hunt Tempered Monsters to collect Decorations that activate multiple skills to obtain Decorations that make the most of your Equipment.

Clear All Quest/Side Missions

Monster Hunter Wilds has many Quests such as Optional Quests and Side Missions. Not only hunting monsters, but also capturing Endemic Life, etc. You can try to clear all the quests and side missions.
