Rompopolo's tail bulges out from its head. In this state, Rompopolo's main attack are poison attacks, which can be a problem. Poison Sac shrinks as damage accumulates. In addition, its actions are weakened, making it easier to hunt.
To shrink the Poison Sac, restraining the target with a trap and focusing on attacking it is a great way to deal damage. Once the monster is freed from trap, together with the shrinking of poison sac, creats a window for combos and damage. Additionally, as shown in the video, Ajarakan triggers a Turf War, providing another damage window after the Turf War

Be Mindful Of The Poison Sac
If the Poison Sac is healthy, Rompopolo will attack with poison. The poison is generated by attacks coming from its head, aim for the body or tail to shrink the Poison Sac.
Avoid The Gas By Looking At The Ground
Rompopolo has an attack where it injects gas into the ground and explodes in the surrounding area. The radius isn't too large, so move away immediately and ensure you are out of range.
Be Aggressive When The Poison Sac Shrinks
Shrinking the Poison Sac, gives you a damage window for a while, Take advantage of this timing to deal as much damage as possible, as the poison around the boss is also removed. Additionally, Poison Sac on his back seems to shrink after the Turf War with Ajarakan.
