The Quatreflies in Monster Hunter Wilds spawn in Areas 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 13, 14, and 16 in the Windward Plains. Note that these bugs always appear in areas where you can place a Pop-Up Camp, so it is easier to capture them as you visit spots where you can place Pop-Up Camp.
