How to Follow Customization Guide

Follow the Values to Get the Same Look

Simply follow the values at the Palico Customization screen in order to get the Palico look you like! This can be done in the Palico Customization option when loading a save.

How to Create & Customize Palico

Done from the Title Screen

Character creation and customization in Monster Hunter Wilds Beta can be done in the title screen. This includes options for both your Hunter and your Palico!

Can also be Done at the Camp

1. Go inside the tent	2. Choose Change Appearance

You can also customize your Palico from the the camp. Enter your tent and choose the option to change your appearance. Through this, it is possible to re-edit your character and Palico after starting your game, however, there will be some items unavailable to edit.

Can be Carried Over to the Launch Version

Characters created in the Beta can be carried over to the launch version. If you are thinking of transferring data, it's recommended to carefully create your character first!

Things to Know when Transferring Character Data

If you exit the Beta Test without resuming gameplay after editing your character, the changes will not be carried over to the final version of the game. Simply going into the game will let you successfully transfer the changes.

Things that can be Changed

The customization in Monster Hunter Wilds is more detailed compared to other titles. You can create your favorite character by fine-tuning each customization option. There's also an option to change your Palico language and voice settings.

How to Redo the Palico Customization

Redo with Edit Voucher

When you move the cursor over the save data when loading a save, the character customization option will also appear. This will allow you to redo or re-edit your Palico! Do note that this will require the use of a Palico Edit Voucher.

You can Get One Copy for Free at Release

One "Character Edit Voucher" and one "Palico Edit Voucher" will be given for free at the released date. This usually requires payment so don't forget to claim it.

Unlimited Edit during Beta Test

During the Beta Test, the number of each of the tickets is infinite, allowing you to edit both your Hunter and Palico as much as you want! Your created Hunter and Palico can then be transferred to the final version of the game,
