Icon Next to Hunter Name
An Icon Indicating Your Squad
In Monster Hunter Wilds, the icon next to a player's name represents the active squad they belong to. To display an icon, join a squad.
How To Join a SquadYou Can Check It From the Member List
The icon next to the name can be checked from the member list. You can see not only your own icon but also those of others.
How to Add Icon Next to Name
Activate from Edit Squad Profile
When you activate a squad you belong to in Manage Squads, a mark will be added next to your name. The Manage Squads option can be accessed from the menu or at the Squad Information Counter located at Base Camp or Grand Hub in Windward Plains.
Mark Disappears When Inactive
When deactivated, the mark next to the name will not be displayed. Be sure to activate it if you want it to appear.
Only One Squad Can Be Activated
You can join up to eight squads, but only one can be active at a time. A mark will appear only for the squad that is currently active.
Choose Icon When Creating a Squad
If you want to use a custom mark, try creating your own squad. You can choose the mark’s shape and color during creation, and you can change it later through the squad settings.
