1st Place：Zoh Shia

The strongest monster in Monster Hunter Wilds is Zoh Shia. With the update, it has revealed its true power. It now uses its ultimate attacks multiple times and can truly be considered worthy of a final boss.

Many Hunters have found themselves carted back to camp due to low Fire Resistance. It's safe to say this title is the first to really make players pay attention to their elemental resistances.

2nd Place：Mizutsune (Tempered)

In 2nd place is Mizutsune, which was added in the 1st Free Title update. The Tempered version of Mizutsune is rated difficulty level 8 and has been significantly powered up, with powerful tail and spinning attacks.

Destroying its left eye transforms it into a form reminiscent of Silverwind from MH Generations Ultimate. Its spiraling charge and spinning tail slam can wipe out entire hunting parties, sparking triple knockout discussions among fans on social media.

3rd Place：Gore Magala

In 3rd place is Gore Magala. Its winged-leg attacks are extremely powerful, and its large size makes it difficult to spot during battles.

Its winged-leg slam attack is extremely troublesome. Combined with the visibility issues on the screen and the terrain of the Iceshard Cliffs, it gives the impression of being a monster that's just difficult to fight.

4th Place：Arch-Tempered Rey Dau

In 4th place is the Arch-Tempered Rey Dau. With more variations in its attacks, such as lightning follow-ups and downwards discharges, it is a much more challenging fight compared to the regular variant.

It shares many of its tells with the regular Rey Dau, but its new lightning attacks are particularly troublesome. Countermeasures such as stun resistance and thunder resistance are essential.

5th Place：Jin Dahaad

In 5th place is Jin Dahaad, the giant monster at the peak of Iceshard Cliffs. With a custom map designed for it, its devastating attacks that target the entire area are truly spectacular.

Many hunters probably ended up taking the full force of its strongest attack because they didn't realize they needed to use the slinger to drop ice blocks to avoid it.

6th Place：Nu Udra

In 6th place is Nu Udra, the monster at the peak of Oilwell Basin. As the first Cephalopod monster in the game, it has unique movements, and it becomes particularly troublesome when it's in a state of rage.

Octopus-like monsters have made appearances in previous titles, but this marks the first time one has been introduced in a standard map. Hunters will likely find its swift tentacle strikes, often delivered with little to no warning, especially challenging to counter.

7th Place：Arkveld

In 7th place is Arkveld, a flagship monster that also played a key role in the story. It specializes in attacks using the chains attached to its wings.

Its chain-based attacks are flashy and powerful, but they also leave noticeable openings. Once you get used to its patterns, it feels like a fun monster to hunt.

8th Place：Uth Duna

In 8th place is Uth Duna, the apex of the Scarlet Forest. It makes full use of its waterside environment, with its signature features being a flowing veil and devastating tsunami attacks.

When facing it in the Plenty environment, the dynamic water visuals create a strikingly immersive atmosphere. Even among the Apex creatures in Monster Hunter Wilds, this one feels especially attuned to its surroundings.

9th Place：Xu Wu

Ranked 9th is Xu Wu, a cunning predator that hunts Guardian monsters. It wields bladed tentacles like dual blades, striking with the precision of a seasoned assassin.

It has an eerie, unsettling appearance, and the way it hunts Guardian monsters leaves an impression. As a rare type of monster in the Monster Hunter world, its razor-sharp tentacle strikes at mid-range are devastatingly lethal.

10th Place：Doshaguma

Ranked 10th is the infamous Doshaguma Swarm. These beasts are notorious for swarming prey in tightly coordinated packs, with their hallmark being a relentless, overwhelming group attack.

Its large attack range and small openings are quite noticeable. Many were likely caught off guard by the power of the Stagger Counter and Feint Dash Attack, which seemed unlikely for a monster that appears early in the game.

1st Place：Chatacabra

The weakest monster in Monster Hunter Wilds is the Chacabra. It’s the first monster that everyone hunts, and its movements are generally quite slow.

Visually, it's also the iconic creature of this game. Its mischievous side shows when it swallows explosive ammo.

2nd Place：Gypceros

2nd place goes to Gypceros, a monster that appeared in previous games. Due to its variety of its moves, its standard attacks are generally more restrained.

It uses Flash, Poison, and pulls tricks like playing dead, but it’s not particularly strong. Be careful not to get caught by a counterattack after it plays dead, especially if you get greedy.

3rd Place：Lala Barina

3rd place is taken by Lala Barina, a new Temnoceran monster. It is a rose-like creature with a needle on its tail that can cause Paralysis.

Characterized by ballerina-like movements. It is a monster that gives you many opportunities to attack and easy to hunt.

4th Place：Quematrice

4th place goes to Quematrice, a new Brute Wyvern monster. It attacks by spraying a fiery substance from its tail.

This monster was designed as a tutorial by the developers. Its basic movements, such as the tail Spinning Bludgeon, make it ideal for getting used to the fundamentals.

5th Place：Gravios

The 5th place goes to Gravios. It’s a monster that is significantly weakened when its parts are destroyed.

Hunting it with Water Ammo on the Heavy Bowgun makes it even easier. It's a typical large, slow-moving monster.
