Feature | Migrant birds that live in the forest, but travel to the plains during the Plenty to raise their young. Amstrigians choose lifelong mates and share the work when it comes to gathering food, building nests, and minding their young. Their meal of choice is insects, particularly Emperor Hoppers. They use their syrinxes to sing in chorus at the turning of the season, a social ritual that doubles as a form of communication. |
