The Frozen Peak Dragon, Jin Dahaad, is a new monster debuting in Monster Hunter Wilds. It is the apex monster of the new map, Iceshard Cliffs, and can be seen exhaling Ice Deviation from its mouth and emitting gas from its body.

The return of 'Gravios' has been confirmed in Monster Hunter Wilds. This flying dragon monster, which has appeared since the first Monster Hunter game, is said to appear in the 'Oilwell Basin'. It has a sturdy shell that sets it apart from other Flying Wyverns and is a fortress-like monster that releases intense heat rays.

Gypeceros was announced to be part of the second open beta test on February 7th. Since Gypceros is a unique monster with a lot of new movesets. The last appearance of Gypceros in-game was during Monster Hunter XX, and according to PV it will play dead just like previous series.

From the overseas official X post, Rathian's appearance has been confirmed. A partner monster of Rathalos, which features a land attack and a tail attack that inflicts poison.

Brute wyverns with disproportionately long tails. They spread a flammable substance and then ignite it by dragging their tails along the ground. They can often be seen fighting with other, smaller carnivores over carrion.

A Flying Wyvern that rules the Windward Plains as its apex predator. It has adapted to the lightning that accompanies the Sandtide, with most sightings having occurred during the storm. Its ability to discharge electricity in powerful attacks poses a threat to even the most experienced hunters.
