Frequently Used Item Preset

Radial Menu Frequent Item
Recommneded Items
- Potions or Optimal Health Recovery
- Nulberry or Optimal Status Recovery
- Lifepowder
- Ancient Potion
- Traps
- Tranq Bombs
- Whetstone
- Mantle, etc...

We recommend setting up a preset with essential items for any hunt. It's a good idea to register potions in the top or bottom slots for easy access and to reduce the chances of misusing an item. Other items, like tranq bombs and whetstones, can be registered to the diagonal slots.

Optimal Health Recovery/State Recovery Are Great Choices

The Radial Menu in Monster Hunter Wilds now includes a new option called Optimal Health Recovery and Optimal Status Recovery, which automatically uses the suggested item when selected. This feature can help save preset slots for other items.

A Preset For Buffing Items

Recommneded Items
- Might Seed
- Demondrug, etc...

If you regularly use items that buff your stats, such as Might Seed, Adamant Seed, Demondrug, and Armorskin, we recommend creating this preset. It is useful for reapplying their effects, as they last only up to 3 minutes in previous titles.

A Preset For Capturing Monsters

Radial Menu Trap Item
Recommneded Items
- Shock Trap
- Pitfall Trap
- Tranq Bomb
- Flash Pod, etc...

If you create a preset with items like Traps, Tranq Bombs, and Flash Pods together, you will have quick access to them. It is convenient to have both Traps and Tranq Bombs together so you can capture the monster immediately.

Bowgun Ammo Preset

For weapons like Bowguns, be sure to register the ammo/ammo recipes that are commonly used for your gun to the Radial Menu to quickly craft Ammo. This allows you to avoid searching through the Crafting List and instantly restock on ammo while hunting.

Bring The Necessary Crafting Materials

Even if you set the recipe in the Radial Menu, you will not be able to craft it if you do not have the required materials, so be sure to stock up on materials as well.
