Monster Hunter Wilds will give save bonuses for having a save of Monster Hunter: World and Monster Hunter World: Iceborne. To get the rewards, you will need to play the past titles and get to a certain progress within it.

Save Data Must Be On The Same Platform As Where You Will Play Wilds
In order to receive the save data bonuses, the save data from the previous games must be in the same platform as where you will play Monster Hunter Wilds. If it is saved on the cloud or on the PS4, be sure to migrate it beforehand.
Monster Hunter Rise & Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak Has No Save Data Rewards
The most recent title Monster Hunter Rise and its expansion Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak are playable on the PS5 and steam, but have no save data bonuses announced. There's a chance that they could have their own save data bonuses so it's best to wait for future announcements.
