Select "Grill a Meal" at Base Camp

In Monster Hunter Wilds, dishes can be made while you are in camp. From the BBQ Menu in the Camp Menu, select "Grill a Meal", then select a meal of your choice.

Use a Portable BBQ Grill to cook anywhere

Normally, you can only cook at camp. But if you use a Portable BBQ Grill you can cook campfire meals anytime and anywhere. Use it if the buffs expire when you are exploring places far from camps.

Select a Cooking Method and Cook

Custom MealSelect ingredients and create meals by yourself.
Favorite MealsYou can make dishes registered in your favorites.

The next procedure is to select the cooking method. It is better to choose the recommended dishes at first, and once you get used to it, select and cook ingredients that have effects that suit your play style.

To complete the meal, select the Ration, Additional Ingredients, and Finishing Touches. Each one has a different effect, so adjust them to suit your needs.

Campfire dishes in "Monster Hunter Wilds" are dishes that give you food skills, similar to the Dango in "Monster Hunter Rise" or set meals in "Monster Hunter World". You can cook at the base camp or sub-camp.
