How to Unlock and Change Layered Armor

Equipment that Only Affects the Appearance
Layered Armor are equipment that allows hunters to change the appearance of their armor without affecting the stats of their currently equipped armor. This allows players to customize their character's armor while still having high performance for their equipment.
Hunters can Use Both Male & Female Equipment
Monster Hunter Wilds has both male and female armor which in previous titles were exclusive to the gender. In this title, all players can use both the male and female armor.
