Tent Guide - Location and Features

Tent Guide in Monster Hunter Wilds (MH Wilds). This guide includes where you can locate the tent, what you can do with it, and more!

Tent Location

Right Side from the Base Camp Entrance

The tent in Monster Hunter Wilds is on the right side from the entrance of the Base Camp. Alma, the receptionist, is nearby.

Set up Pop-Up Camps

By setting up a Pop-up Camp, you will be able to use tents in the same way as Base Camps. You can also change the appearance of Pop-up Camp by customizing it.

Tent - Things You Can Do

In the Monster Hunter Wilds tent, you can organize items, change hunter's equipment, change palico's equipment and it's standby settings, cook a meal, order and participate in quests, switch layered equipment, and change the music.

Organizing items and setting Radial Menu

The Tent allows you to organize items and allows you to view and sell items. You can also set your items to the Radial Menu.

Hunter Equipment Change

You can change the Hunter's weapons and armor from the Equipment change menu. You can also change the secondary weapon you bring with Seikret.

Palico Equipment and Standby Settings

The Palico management menu allows you to change Palico's equipment and standby settings. If you set your Palico to standby, Palico will no longer accompany you on your quest.

Press R2 to Play with Your Palico

You can interact with your Palico by pressing R2 inside the tent. There is no particular benefit, but you can watch your Hunter and Palico relax in the tent.

Cooking a Meal

By selecting Grill a Meal, you can make meals before going hunting. In addition to the recommended recipes that are automatically created, you can also choose your ingredients and make your own meal. By using custom meal, you can register your favorite recipes.

Accepting Quests and Participation

You can accept and participate in quests from the quest menu. If you want to accept a quest, choose "Optional Quest", and if you want to participate, choose "Lobby Member Quest", "Link Member Quest", or "SOS Flare Quests".

Switching Layered Armor

In the character edit menu, you can change the looks of the layered armor, underwear, and pendants. Palico's layered equipment can also be changed.

Changing Background Music

You can also change the BGM that plays inside the camp. You can also play it on the spot by pressing ▢.
