Gather in Iceshard Cliffs
Wyvernscale Vase in Monster Hunter Wilds can be obtained from Ancient Relics in Iceshard Clfifs, in both High and Low Rank. There are several nodes near area 15 and 20, so set up camp before gathering.

It is recommended to collect Wyvernscale Vase in an Optional Quest, as the Gathering Nodes will be restored after returning from quest. Either High or Low Rank quest can be taken, so pick a quest that suits your needs.

Skills such as Geologist increase the number of items obtained by 1 at level 2. On the other hand, the Gatherer Meal randomly increases items obtained by 1. As both skills stack, it is possible to mine multiple items at once. Notably, the Geologist skill can be activated with the Chainmail equipment set, which is available at the start of the game.

Gatherer Meal does not always guarantee the number of items gained will increase. Additionally, Truffle Du Conga is a difficult ingredient to obtain, so it is not required to activate this skill.
Obtained Through Material Retrieval
Wyvernscale Vase can also be obtained from Apar's Material Retrieval in Suja. This method is not recommended as it is difficult to secure a large quantity of items and it is not a guaranteed item. However, it is worth to check items periodically to check whether the item has dropped.
