In Monster Hunter Wilds, Drearisite Scraps can be obtained through Item Trade with Dogard in Azuz, the Everforge or Gawdygog at Wudwud Hideout. Since the item's appearance in the trade lineup is random, if it's not available, rest at the Tent to refresh the lineup.

First, gather the items needed to exchange for Drearisite Scraps. Since 5 pieces of High Metal armor can be crafted, aim to collect 5 pieces (or 10 pieces if you want to collect 2 sets for layered armor).
Rest at the Tent to Change Environment
When you select 'Rest' at the Tent, the current environment information changes, making it useful when aiming for an environment where trade items appear. However, each rest costs 300 guild points.
Talk to the Trade NPC (First Time Only)


Once you have gathered the necessary items for exchange, head to Azuz, the Everforge to trade with Dogard in Azuz, the Everforge or Gawdygog in Scarlet Forest. Speaking with them will unlock the Item Trade option, and from then on, you can also trade with them by talking to Nata at the Base Camp.

Since the appearance of Drearisite Scraps in Dogard's Item Trade lineup is random, talk to Nata at the Base Camp to check if it’s available for exchange. If it's not, rest at the Tent to refresh the lineup. During this process, make sure the environment is set to Fallow, as Drearisite Scraps tends to appear more frequently there.
Trade for the Required Amount When It Appears
Exchange for Drearisite Scarps when it appears in the trade lineup. However, since there is a limit to how many you can exchange at once, repeat the process by resting until you've obtained the required amount.
