Obtain from Congalala as Drops

Congalala eats black mushrooms when its health gets low. If you stagger Congalala during the few seconds it's eating the black mushroom, it will drop a loot. Picking this up will give you the Truffle Du Conga item.

If you destroy the wounds with a Focus Strike, you can stagger the monster. While injuring Congalala, you can intentionally leave wounds until it eats the mushroom, then aim to stagger it at the right moment.
