Kokomi With Healer Build Even As Main DPS
Kokomi's passive makes her not ideal with CRIT stats build. However, with Ocean-Hued Clam x4 set artifact, Kokomi can deal damage whenever she heals. The over-healing is also counted in the accumulated damage done by the bubble.
