Kujou Sara Is An ATK Buff Support For Electro

Kujou Sara is an ATK buff support with a mechanic similar to Bennett. Her ATK buff scales on her base ATK which means she needs max Character Level and a high base ATK bow to maximize her buff. At C6, she can now buff Electro character's CRIT DMG. C2 allows for less clunky gameplay as support.
