Found At Wavechaser Plain Near The Weasel Thief Statue

Hiljetta can be found behind the Weasel Thief Statue in Wavechaser Plain, Nod-Krai. You can quickly locate her via the Valiant Chronicle menu after talking to Katherine at the Adventurer's Guild.
Hiljetta - How To Defeat
Her Melee Attacks Are Easy To Avoid
Hiljetta's normal attacks are melee punches that are easy to avoid. Bringing a shielder is recommended if your chosen DPS isn't mobile enough to easily dodge her attacks.
Freeze or Overload Recommended
Hiljetta can summon pieces of her battle armor. To prevent her from equipping them, you can either Freeze her or destroy the armor pieces with Overload.

Summons More Armor Pieces Over Time
Each time Hiljetta attempts to equip her battle armor, the number of summoned armor pieces increases by one. It's best to defeat her before her third attempt, as there is a challenge for doing so.
Deals More Damage With Battle Armor
When equipped with her battle armor, Hiljetta deals more damage and her attacks become rushing/dashing moves. While shields can tank her hits, it's better to use Elemental Reactions to prevent her from equipping the armor.
