To get Energies required for Raiden Shogun's Burst, use her Skill once then Normal Attack once. Secure at least 4 Electro dice so you can perform the needed actions.
Switch To Abyss Lector
Once Raiden Shogun's Burst has been used, switch to Abyss Lector. When ready, use Abyss Lector's Burst for Pyro DMG & summon a unit that deals Pyro & Piercing DMG during end phase. This can synergize with Raiden Shogun's summon for triggering Overload and this reaction is advantageous for keeping Mirror Mage out of the playing field.

Aside from Pyro, you can also go for another element that can work well with Electro & Hydro. When the setup is ready, you can now switch to Kamisato Ayato. The Energy cost of Ayato's Burst is 3 so use his Skill for the meantime. Meanwhile, triggering elemental reactions on Cryo Cicin Mages can decrease the duration of their summon by 1 so use this tactic to your advantage.
