Note: Guest Challengers are not the same to every players as it differs from one player to another.

There are 4 random guests that you can challenge every week and they could be either playable characters or NPCs.
Weekly Guest Challenge - How To Unlock & Locations
Unlocks When You Reach Player Level 2
You must reach player level 2 in order to unlock the Weekly Guest Challenges.

The weekly guests can be found inside the Cat's Tail at Mondstadt. These guests are indicated with a TCG blue card symbols above their heads.
Access Through The Cat's Tail TCG Manual
You can check the Cat's Tail bulletin board for the available NPCs or playable characters who are up for a challenge. Compete with them and obtain EXP and Lucky Coins.

Check Opposing Lineup
To have an idea about the character cards that the weekly challenger uses, you can click the opposing lineup. This way, you can prepare the deck that you want to use before starting the match.
Check Your Active Deck
If you plan to use a different deck after seeing the opposing lineup, it is not necessary to access your Casket of Tomes in the inventory. Instead, click "My Deck" to to switch your active deck immediately.
Best TCG Decks GuideOpponent's Passive Support
Some challengers have passive support that has a specific effect. You can check its effect by clicking it as soon as the match starts. If you feel the effect is disadvantageous to you, you can immediately concede and switch to another deck that can utilize the opponent's passive support.

For each weekly guest you defeat, you can obtain Lucky Coins & Player EXP as rewards.
How To Increase Player Level GuideGain BP EXP
You can gain BP EXP by defeating at least 2 weekly guests. If you have not completed the weekly EXP cap for the BP, you can get some in this way.
