Hyakunin Ikki Rerun For 3.1 - Release Date & How To Unlock

Release Date

Confirmed For 3.1 Update

The Hyakunin Ikki becomes available again! Starting October 10, you can challenge the event domain that is located in Inazuma where you need to defeat the enemies using 6 duo teams and aim for the highest score possible.

How To Unlock

Players will need to complete the world quest called Hyakunin Ikki: Narukami Arena in order to unlock this event. The quest will be solved by simply talking to Kayabuki Ikkei at Inazuma City.

Hyakunin Ikki - Tips & Strategy

Choose Teams With Powerful Elemental Reaction Or Damage

The fastest defeat of multiple opponents is the key to earning points in the event. Use characters that deal big damage in a short time instead of consistency. You would want to pair one support and one damage dealer since teams will not need to last long in the stage.

No Need To Mind Healing That Much

Since you are going to maneuver from several teams, healing will not be as important as damage in this event.

Check The Enemies And Select The Best Option

You can check which enemies will appear on the stage before starting the challenge. Choose the character that will deal higher damage to those enemies.

Place Your Support In The First Part Of The Team

To quickly boost up your DPS, it is recommended to place your Support as the first member of the pair. The first member will appear first when switched.

Maximize The Given Challenge Skills

Some Skills Fit Certain Characters More

Skills have various effects and some can even help you with crowd controlling. Play and experiment with different skills and see which fits the strategy more.

Relay Skills

You can make use of the Relay Skill by switching to different characters. Once a character stays on the field for more than 25s, combat skills will drastically decrease so make sure to switch teams while in combat.

Accumulate Fervor

A specific skill that has a max level of 4 and builds up to a certain extent that will increase the Ferocious Fervor skill which will provide DMG bonuses.

Hyakunin Ikki - Event Gameplay

Consist Of 6 Challenges

A new challenge in Hyakunin Ikki will be unlocked each day for every first six days of the event. You can further increase the handicap by increasing the difficulty & score multiplier.

Select 6 Pairs Of Characters For A Never Ending Battle

Instead of a team of 4, players can play with 6 teams that consist of 2 per team and a total of 12 characters. Choosing characters that will perform powerful and swift combinations is the key to complete this event.

Select From Trial Characters & Your Own Characters

Same as the past Hyakunin Ikki event, you can choose from any of the available characters or your own characters to create your team.

Select Skills Per Team & Stage

Besides the characters, you also need to select which skill to bring and buff your teams with. You can assign two skills per pair but you cannot assign the same skill to more than two pairs.

The goal of the event is for you to defeat as many enemies as possible during a specific amount of time using the 6 pairs of characters you use.
