This is the latest mini-game added in the Windblume event. Collect all Bloom Balloons and avoid Ersatz Balloons. You can also get buffs that can help you complete the challenge faster. After collecting all Bloom Balloons, head to the Ring of Pursuit to complete the challenge.

Windblume Festival Event - Mini Games
In the recent preview. it was shown that multiple minigames will be featured during the Windblue event. A Balloon shooting, a flower collection, and a musical harp playing was shown.
Ballads Of Breeze
The Musical Game seems to be pretty straightforward where players have to follow a series of chords to play music. There will be three different difficulty, Normal, Hard and Expert.
Build Combo Streaks For Higher Points
Like classic rhythm games, increasing combo count will increase the amount of points that you will receive.

Upon the release of Ballads Of Breeze, you can go to the event page to select music to play.

Archers will have a chance to show off their skills in the upcoming minigame. Shoot the right balloons to get points and shooting the wrong ones will have you lose points. Collect enough points required per level to clear the game.
