Use The Camera From Menu
To be able to finish this quest, you must use the camera from the menu. You cannot use picture taking gadgets like Kamera to finish this quest.
Adjust The Angle
If the quest wont progress even though you finished taking a photo, try adjusting the angle of the camera until a notification appear then take a pic.
