1	Talk to Sara at Mondstadt.
2	Talk to Marjorie, Katheryne and Flora.
3	Head to Mondstadt Plaza and talk to Venti for a Cutscene.
4	Talk to 3 Mondstad citizens and answer their problems.

The Problems Of Mondstadt Citizens Does Not Have A Huge Effect

The only thing that changes when you made a mistake in giving advices is Venti's lines in the cutscene after it.
