You need to progress in the story and unlock the introductory quest for TCG to be able to join this event.
Join Thru Cat's Tail Bulletin Board
You can join the event by interacting with the Bulletin Board at Cat's Tail during the event duration. This feature is unlocked when you reach TCG Level 4.
Heated Battle Mode: The Profound Purpose Of Practice Gameplay & Tips
Cards Have Reduced Cost
In each round, the first action card that you are going to use would cost 2 dice fewer than normal cost. Meanwhile, the first Skill or Talent Card for each Round would cost 1 die less than the normal cost.
