Fayz Trials Event Duration
Available Starting June 21, 2023
Fayz Trials event will have a rerun for the upcoming 3.7 Update and was showcased during the 3.7 Livestream. This Fazy Trials: Hypothesis is similar to the previous one where you will help Jami with his thesis as he observes all of his experiments. You can participate in this event from June 21, 2023 to July 3, 2023.

How To Unlock Fayz Trials

If you are eligible, you can automatically unlock the initial event quest. Complete this first before you can access the event domain.
Fayz Trials: Hypothesis Map & Location
The event domain is located southwest of Qingxu Pool in Liyue. Note that you can teleport directly to the location.

Defeat Opponents To Accumulate Fayz Potion
The Fayz Potion cannot be used initially. Defeat the waves of opponents to accumulate Fayz Potion. Remember that you can only have 3 stacks of Fayz Potion at a time and using 1 has a 5-second cooldown.
Use Fayz Potion To Capture Weakness
You can use the Fayz Potion to enter the Time Dilation mode to capture the weaknesses of enemies. Capturing the weaknesses of opponents can trigger an AoE that deals damage depending on the number of weakness that was captured.
What To Do During Time Dilation Mode?
After using the Fayz Potion, the Time Dilation mode is activated and it is where your character and opponents become motionless. Pan your camera to the opponents with red & blue circles.
Set Of Trial Characters Are Provided
For each challenge, you can only use specific trial characters provided. There could be different trial characters for each challenge so familiarize yourself with unfamiliar characters during the event.
How To Get High Points?
To get points, you need to capture as many weakness as possible so you can claim all the rewards. Use the Fayz Potion whenever available to accumulate points faster.
Total Of 7 Trial Challenges To Unlock
Starting from the first day of the event, a new challenge gets unlocked daily which makes it a total of 7 challenges to unlock for this event.
Fayz Trial Event Tips
Group The Enemies Together
Once you have a Fayz Potion available, you can move to one side of the challenge platform and wait for the enemies to go to you or use a crowd control ability so you can group them. Once the enemies are together, use the potion to capture more enemies' weaknesses.
Find A Good Angle
The Time Dilation mode can only occur for a while so find a good angle first before using the Fayz Potion.
Use Supersense Skill To Defeat Enemies
Since it is a time trial challenge with a goal of capturing as many enemies' weaknesses as possible, it is quick to clear opponents by taking advantage of the Supersense Skill.

Fayz Trials - Gameplay Details
Fayz Trials Gameplay
Fayz Trials is a fighting challenge with a twist. You can use a Viewfinder to examine the weaknesses of enemies. Examining those weaknesses will trigger a skill that will defeat the enemies.
Trial Characters Are Provided
During the event, you may only use specific trial characters provided. There will be different trial characters for each trial and Elemental Resonance will not be available.
How To Use Fayz Tinctures (Potion)?
At the beginning of the challenge you can already use one Fayz Potion. You can accumulate more potions as you defeat the enemies or as time passes and they can be stacked up to 3. Using it will enable the Time Dilation Mode.
Time Dilation Mode
After using the potion, you will enter a time dilation mode where your character and enemies will stop moving and you can use a Viewfinder to capture enemies' weaknesses.
How To Use Supersense Skill?
During Time Dilation Mode, if you captured at least 8 enemies' weakness within the Viewfinder, it will unleash the buffed Supersense Skill that will immediately defeat the enemies.
How To Get 2000 Points?
To get at least 2000 points, you will need to capture as many enemies' weaknesses as possible so you can claim all the rewards.
7 Trial Challenges To Unlock
Starting from the first day of the Fayz Trial Event, a new challenge will unlock every day, making a total of 7 challenges to unlock for this event.
